AHV’s response to the issues in said complaint. Item We did have a few delays in the build due to crew issues however the said Garage has been used by ***’s for at least half of said months and is currently being used, we are sorry for the inconvenience however the issue was
addressed and fixed twice the second time we discovered it was due to a material defect, and the second time these skylights were completely replaced with new skylights. Item If there are new leaks we have not been informed of this new issue. Even though the new leaks as claimed are out of warranty, AHV will look at this issue and see if it can be resolved, however AHV will not pay for and or be responsible to pay for an outside company to look at this issue, which can most probably be resolved with a little caulk.
