On 1/18/16, the customer went through our car wash and after exiting the wash , she had weather stripping hanging off her vehicleThe customer then spoke with our car wash manager, whom informed the customer that all that is needed is to push the weather stripping back inThe weather stripping on
a vehicle is not held in by screws or fastenersIt is just held in with pressureWhen the car wash manager informed the customer that it just needs to be pushed back in she said she wanted to talk to store managerThis is when I came out to help the customer. After inspecting the vehicle I informed her that yes it just takes some pressure to push in back in and it will be fineI told her to help her I would place some double sided CLEAR mtapeYes the wrapping on the tape is red but the tape itself is clearI tried informing the customer that this will hold the weather stripping better then just using pressureThe customer then cursed at me and said your not putting tape on my carAs I tried to explain what I was using she once again cursed at me and said "your not putting tape on my f'ing car"Again I explained this will just make the stripping more secure and wouldn't be noticeableThe customer then said "no I want you to pay to fix my vehicle!" I then offered the customer to walk with me to *** *** which is located next door, to have them explain that there is no damage to be fixed and we would just need to push the stripping back inI also offered to have her bring it to a mechanic who would explain the sameThe customer then told me "No I want you to pay for the damage!" Once again I explained what I was trying to do but she wouldn't allow me to push the stripping back in or use any mtape to secure it Once again she said she wanted us to pay for itI then told the customer that if she didn't allow me to fix the issue, I was not going to pay for something that wasn't brokeAs she continued to curse, I did tell her I tried to help her but she doesn't want me help, so she can figure it out!

that all that is needed is to push the weather stripping back in. The weather stripping on a vehicle is not held in by screws or fasteners. It is just held in with pressure. When the car wash manager informed the customer that it just needs to be pushed back in she said she wanted to talk to store manager. This is when I came out to help the customer.  After inspecting the vehicle I informed her that yes it just takes some pressure to push in back in and it will be fine. I told her to help her I would place some double sided CLEAR m3 tape. Yes the wrapping on the tape  is red but the tape itself is clear. I tried informing the customer that this will hold the weather stripping better then just using pressure. The customer then cursed at me and said your not putting tape on my car. As I tried to explain what I was using she once again cursed at me and said "your not putting tape on my f'ing car". Again I explained this will just make the stripping more secure and wouldn't be noticeable. The customer then said "no I want you to pay to fix my vehicle!" I then offered the customer to walk with me to [redacted] which is located next door, to have them explain that there is no damage to be fixed and we would just need to push the stripping back in. I also offered to have her bring it to a mechanic who would explain the same. The customer then told me "No I want you to pay for the damage!" Once again I explained what I was trying to do but she wouldn't allow me to push the stripping back in or use any m3 tape to secure it . Once again she said she wanted us to pay for it. I then told the customer that if she didn't allow me to fix the issue, I was not going to pay for something that wasn't broke. As she continued to curse, I did tell her I tried to help her but she doesn't want me help, so she can figure it out!
