HiI am extremely upset I received this complaintAs you can see she requested the refund on Dec 2nd and I immediately refunded her cardI have attached a visual voicemail in which she threatens my business if I do not refund herThis is the first contact and I did as requestedThis should not go against meShe is purposefully trying to hurt my businessI called her after I refunded her card to let her know I did the refund and suggested that next time she does not threaten but askI think that may have been what offended herAs a matter of practice and principle we never keep someones monthly payment if they choose not to move forward with our gymI have been know to refund up to months because someone stops coming but does not realize they are being chargedWhen they see the charges and bring them to our attention we refundIf they have not been using our service WE REFUND!!Other gyms as a matter of practice make monthly dues impossible to get backTHAT IS NOT HOW WE OPERATE!It seems to me there are deeper issues at play here than my business and it is not fair she can blemish my business even after I did everything correctly.With all due respect,Bridget B [redacted] OwnerAhwatukee CrossFit

I think that may have been what offended her. As a matter of practice and principle we never keep someones monthly payment if they choose not to move forward with our gym. I have been know to refund up to 3 months because someone stops coming but does not realize they are being charged. When they see the charges and bring them to our attention we refund. If they have not been using our service WE REFUND!!Other gyms as a matter of practice make monthly dues impossible to get back.
