Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
There are several inaccuracies of A.I Friedman's response to my original complaint.1) I opted to purchase ready made frames and materials at the suggestion and recommendation of a sales associate. 2) A.I Friedman failed to also mention that part of my complaint not only addressed the sub par quality of the plexi glare, but also the fact that they cut my painting in the incorrect spot to make it fit and that the wiring on the back came apart resulting in the frame falling off my wall and breaking at a later date 3) When I brought the issue of the glare to their attention, I was actually informed that museum quality glass was NOT an option with the ready made frame, since the museum glass would be "too heavy" for the frame and thus there was nothing they could do to repair or alter the quality. 4) I did not enter the store "demanding a refund" I calmly came into the store inquiring as to the refund policy, stating my concern and to see if there was any way to come to a mutually beneficial solution, which A.I Friedman refused to do In fact, a sales associate even complained that it wasn't fair that I would seek a refund because of "all the work they did Secondly I did not bring the frames with me, since they are large and bulky and I believe it was either snowing or raining that day My intention was to simply inquire about the exchange or refund policy and bring the items back if instructed, which seemed fair and logical based upon the circumstances I also had photos of the glare on my phone. 5) An A.I Friedman associate contradicted their response in a phone conversation we had in September of when he mentioned something to the effect of "I was going to offer you a refund when you first came in, but since I disputed the charge (after being told they would not refund or replace) it left a bad taste in his mouth and now he would no longer would extend that offer" and that "I must not have anything better to do with my time" and "it''s not a lot of money" I was in fact, never offered this when I first inquired and this reasoning seems spiteful

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

On May ** we recieved an email letter from AI Freidman...

stating " we will send a proposal with regard  to our open balance with you".  We have been trying for over 6 months to receive payment (  $1149.00  due )  for merchandise for which payment was due Nov.*, 1916.  We have mailed letters, emailed and tried phoning NUMEROUS times to reach the company regarding payment.  The only response we have received is to be patient and eventually we will get paid.  The response in the letter from the company does not give a time frame for a proposal or what the proposal will be, so that is not a sufficient response to resolve the complaint.
