We did recover quite a large amount of dataThe most important file was a document journal.This document was strong encrypted by Mr*** ***The encryption keys we were povided by Mr*** did not workThe additional keys did not work eitherThe rest of the data was in good condition.We
have tried to break the encryption on the one file per our agreement with Mr***.The file encryption will be eventually be breakable with new tools.Since Mr*** does not want to wait any longer we will issue a refund. Thank youManagement

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company sent the drive back in the slowest possible method with the designated carrier without consideration for the clients needs or desires. Furthermore, the agency did not provide any quote as promised or make any restoration to data as suggested it could or would. This leaves me not only very dissatisfied but a performance left uncompleted and now a lost of several weeks in productivity which within the confines of the work is irreplaceable.
