whom it may concern,
This below is details on the incident with Mr*** written in detail by My manager present at the time of the incident
On April 2,Mr*** *** came in to our Rundberg location to purchase a liability
insurance for of his vehiclesMy coworker *** wrote his policy and I was present at the timeI did overhear a few things and what I heard was about the misunderstanding over the amount of how much Mr_ *** had to pay for his policy*** (whose english is not perfect) told him that it was $but Mr*** said that he thought or heard that it was $Then *** told him that she was sorry for the misunderstanding but that she said that it was $After that Mr*** agreed to pay $and he signed his receipt for the payment of his policy and *** began explaining his policy to him
Since that was solved I did not see the point of me interfering in that situationThen the next day Mr*** called our office and I answeredHe began by saying that the lady who did his policy the day before had kept his $and that he was only supposed to pay $I explained to him that the $were entered in the system and that he did agree to pay those $by signing that receipt the day beforeHe said that I was not helping him out and that he wanted to speak to a managerI informed him that I was the manager and he said that he wanted to speak to
somebody with a higher position than I
I informed him that I could take down his name and number and report this to my boss so she could call him backThen all of a sudden he began yelling at me saying that he wasn't a *** (mind me, that the word he used)That he knew how this worked and that we worked by commision onlyThat this was bt and that he wanted to speak to a district manager because he wanted his $backI tried to calm him down but then he asked for ***he wanted to know when she would be back to work and what time she got off workI told him that *** was going to be back the next day (***was off when he called) and that I could not inform him the time she got offHe saidthat he was going to wait for *** to get off work so he could kick ***'s boyfriend ***So I informed that the call was being recordedThat if he did something that we would know it was himSo he said that he was going to call the cops and I told him to go ahead and do it and he began cursing me out and hanged up
This incident was informed to my boss that same day through an emailThe next day on April 4,Mr*** called back and he apologized for the attitude he had with me the day beforeWe came to an agreement that we( AiUnited Insurance) would refund his $through a credit on his policyHis payments are normally $and he would pay $only when coming in to makehis paymentI also informed him that if another situation like this occurs that he does need to speak out and inform me before signing a receipt Because by signing a receipt he is agreeing to pay the amount shown on the receiptThe incident was solved and I informed my Boss by replying to the email sent the day beforeAfter a few days had passed Mr*** *** came in on April 30,to make his paymentHe only paid $plus pur $payment processing feeA total of $Us the agency (AlUnited) processed to his company a total of $which is his payment amount So the agency paid those $because his company drafted a total of $out of our agency account
