Steve came yesterday to replace a fan He was professional and competent and much more reasonable than the big box store wanted to do the same service He finished in the estimated time previously given to me and his price was what was estimated I would use him again

I have had AIC to my home times now, and have been totally satisfied with the work The price seems to be reasonable also They answer phone quickly, and can come do the job within a day or so

I contacted [redacted] for a furnace issue and he provided fantastic service and follow-up. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and handled himself as a professional.

Steve with AIC Services is the only one I call for any and all home repairs. Both my dad and brother are general contractors, so I've grown up knowing what to expect. But when I moved to St. Louis, I lost my built-in professionals, and after working with a couple of others, I was so thankful to find Steve. AIC Services Steve M[redacted] came right away when I needed his help to get my furnace working after a cold night without heat. No one else was available on Sunday, but he came to help, as I've often used his professional skills over the years. He is professional, kind and polite, and talented in fixing many types of problems. He replaced the thermostat and fixed issues with the control panel on the furnace, and my heat is working again. He also repaired a few minor issues that I had needed done for a while. I've used AIC for many years and find that Steve can find solutions to most household problems. If something is beyond his skill, he won't mess with it and tells you upfront who you need to get.
He's highly concerned and helpful.

I have used AIC Services twice as of 8-7-14. The first time was because water had gotten into our basement and [redacted] came by in an hour to help us with this minor emergency. He pulled up the wet carpet and took to our trash containers. The second time was to replace a kitchen sink faucet and a utility sink faucet. With both jobs, [redacted]’s work was excellent. When he finished the faucets, we discussed a couple of other jobs around the house. I will be setting up another appointment for [redacted] to do more work at our house.

I don't think there is anything that [redacted] can't fix.......very qualified to do anything that you would ever need fixing and very timely and reliable......I use him all the time.
