Aico H. Watanabe, D.D.S.

Aico's Dental has recently outsourced it's billing/collection process. I was seen by their Westlake office in August and to this date, they have not "received" my insurance carrier payment(s). Both my primary and secondary insurance providers have indicated in account statements (EOB's) that they have processed and released payment to Aico's Dental (one carrier even provides check numbers). The same holds true for my wife, who was also seen in August and in September. Aico's Dental has only accounted for a $93 collection from the primary insurance to this date (and only an my wife's account). Many of the claims have been processed well over 3 weeks ago.The outsourced billing/collection company has indicated that we have a balance close to $400, and that it is outstanding.
