As a business owner, I strive for good reputation and professionalismI am truly sorry that [redacted] feels this wayI am very upset about this review because this statement is false? I did not agree that the price of this unit is low, the seller was advised that no unit in the building was sold more than $170,as per MLS and public records [redacted] the seller had insisted that it be listed for more that $70,over the market valueHe felt that the "renovations" he had performed were sufficient enough and that we shall try to sell It at the highest possible price ad that we shall fallow the marker and reduce the price latterSo, the unit was listed as seller requested @ $249,However, the old kitchen and older bathroom, along with carpeted floors were discouraging buyers to make an offer because the unit needed renovationWe agreed to market it and lower the price which I did every time the seller said to decreaseDespite the conditions and rules of the coop he had multiple offers that fell through, some due to the rules of coop some of the byers were taking too longHe requested that I do not longer entertain the offer because he felt the buyers were not seriousThis was all documented via text messagesThe actual current last reduction of the asking price? had more actionBuyers were respondingAlso during the month of Ramadan [redacted] was fasting and did not wanted to showHis wife as pregnant could not be disturbedI was given pm time to show, people could not come that late and those few that could I have showed [redacted] was looking at the homes in NJ and has gotten offers on the coop, but he was disappointed that he could not sell immediately and was losing patience pushing me, calling at pm Sunday and demanding that I get his paper work, financials and rules of the coop which I did not even haveI was immediately attacked, how he paid for them, even dough his attorney had the papersCoo- broking agent actually went and returned the papers to me and I was “the best again”, [redacted] textedI have not caused any jeopardy to his family, I take no responsibility that people go to his door and nockThese people live in the building and are his neighbors, I should not be blamed for itHe insisted that I take the apartment off the market which I didHe stated that he decided to rent bigger place meanwhile rent the apartment that we tried to sellI asked him if he needed help finding another apartment for rent he said noI was suspicions that he is about to give the apartment to another broker so when I gave the release papers I dated exactly as the listing instructed the dates, since [redacted] is not selling the actual unit then the date shall be as the listing indicateOn Friday, as many times before without an appointment he shows up threatening me again that I am putting his family in danger because the building has led and his unborn child also in danger he will sue me, because he has another broker who wants to try and sell itForms given to him is from LIBOR, MLS LONG ISLAND, it clearly states that he will be responsible for the commissionAgain, I regret that this situation has turned out in this matter and I am still willing to work and sell the apartment? ?

however i'm no longer entertaining this she unprofessional rude person she never explain the legal aspect of thing like she always demos she can lie as much as she wants she hid offers from she never say the trut I just want people to know what kind person she is she cursed me call me names and I still have her messages i'm not gonna file any more complains with state department of licensing i'm gonna let karma take care of her she know how bad and duty she treated me I have a new company working on the aprartmwnt because she couldn't prevent that her greed make think only of her comiissions not the well been of my family and if I got a buyer i'm gonna wait until october * so she doesn't get a penny out of me [Your Answer Here]
