I would like to go over clients claims regarding the services we provide at AidnestI would first like to confirm if Ms[redacted] is indeed our client I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion regarding the information she has been obtained I see that we have tried to contact this client on several occasions to explain details regarding the services we provided to client and according to what I have in front of me we have provided the service to client that was agreed to when enrolling with AidnestSo I would like to know the basis of her complaints because everything was done according to what was agreed upon(Granted that we are speaking about the same client which I have a file for.? I received a call/voicemail from Amber 2/1/who I guess is a NEW account representativeShe then sent an email with information that I already knew, I proceeded to call her back and of course I couldn't get a live personI responded to her email with prior information sent by another account representative Danielle Miller about payments taken out of my account and I would need a call back to have some information cleared up that I received from the US Department of EducationI have yet gotten a response to my email nor have I heard back from AMBER since initial contactMy problem is that there is no way an organization can be THAT BUSY they can't return a call or email from a client but yet in still they are withdrawing money from my accountI sent documents to the documents email and heard nothing.

Hello Revdex.com,We were in constant communication with this client and she would not make the time to call us during our business hours so we were unable to speak/communicate with her. We pride our selves in providing the best customer service we can and if we dropped the ball with any
clients we always try to make it rightIn the end she was unhappy with the service and because the customer is always rightWe reimbursed Linda Whitehead 100% of her enrollment fees (These are fees the client pays upfront for document preparation) and she still filled a complaint even after we reimbursed herThe client was required to sign an agreement on the day she enrolled for this service, which she did signAnd for whatever reason she was confused about the service and the terms of the serviceWhich suggests she did not read her agreement before signing it. Her claims about our company are that we are "not legit" that is fallacious we tried our best to speak with her to answer her questions
