Was charged $170 a month for my mailbox rental when our written contract states $45. Employees refuse to let you speak to a manager and flat out laugh at you for trying to get something resolved. I have called dozens of times and they routinely don't answer their phones and when they do- they cannot speak even basic English. Rudest customer service I have ever encountered.
Fraud business- stay far far away.
