Review: This is an Insurance company that I have been dealing with due to the reason that both my son and daughter were injured during high school sports. This is the high school's insurance company that they use. I have submitted all required documentation so that I could be reimbursed for the payments that were made out of pocket by me. All other documentation has also been submitted at 3-4 times from [redacted] Institute where the care was given to both of my children. Reason being that paperwork was submitted multiple times was Maksin Ins. claimed that they hadn't received any paperwork. That's the start of this problem. I have been dealing with a run around with Maksin since the middle of June of this year. Paperwork I sent certified with signed receipts requested in May to be reimbursed. I understand that there is a process that has to be done in order to have reimbursement checks generated. But, I was also informed when I followed up in June about the paperwork I sent and they claimed that they needed the documentation from [redacted] Inst. because they never received it. They in fact had it faxed to them and hard copies mailed to them several times. The reason I know this is because I am in contact with the supervisor of billing at [redacted] Inst. and she stated that paperwork was sent to them as early as February and March of this year. Now, I have been calling both the representative who has been handling my claim [redacted] and also the claims processing dept. supervisor[redacted]. I keep getting a run around as to why haven't I received any payment for my son and other information regarding my daughter that has been a long and drawn out ordeal. I have left several messages for both [redacted] and [redacted] with no return phone calls. I am fed up with this company and the negligence and incompetent people that I have been in contact with. I am owed $705.00 for both my daughter and son for payments made out of our pocket.Desired Settlement: I expect to have the reimbursement checks processed ASAP and expedited through their processing claims dept. and when they have been processed I would like the checks to be sent overnighted. I am tired of having this being drawn out and waiting with no answers from anyone. I am fed up and tired of the run around.

Review: AIG Educational Markets has failed to respond Three times over the course of 90 days to a claims submission. Calls to their customer service department have been fruitless. I am also filing a complaint with the NJ Department of Insurance.Desired Settlement: Health Claim Processing and Settlement
