money is tight. I advised her I would do a "one-time" wave of the fee. Ms. [redacted], proceeded to advise me of a work order that was not completed upon move-in. She brought in a hand written paper with the issues she was experiencing. I immediately gave the letter to the maintenance supervisor to complete her issues. As you will see the work order was entered on 03/06/2017 at 10:30am. The maintenance supervisor completed all work by 03/08/17.
