I was looking to get my carpets cleaned before the holiday season as I was having family and relatives in townSo I called to schedule an appointment with Zee Best Carpet Cleaning and they told me they were available sunday at 10am On Sunday I walked outside to get the mail at 10:30am and they had just arrivedThen when they went to start cleaning there generator did not workSo they had to leave for hours to try to fix there broken equipmentThey got back around or 1:now and started to clean the carpets After the guy was done he asked me what I thoughtI told him honestly "Sir, it looks as if you did nothing to my carpets but soak them in water" he responded to me that this is the basic cleaning and took his equipment out of my house They leftHowever after they left I spent the next hours cleaning all the water they left on the tile and trying to heat my house up to get the carpet to dry DAYS LATER! my carpets were still not dry so I called to see if they can come back outThe owner began to tell me that I was the cheap [redacted] who only purchased the $package not the deep cleanOn top of this all he advised me that he will not refund me my money because there job was done I told him sir I am the customer and I am not satisfied at all, he advised me that he will get with the cleaners, only after about minutes of arguing with me about my carpets (which I see everyday and him not even once)and he will let me know NO RESPONSE and All of my phone calls go to a blocked caller responseI would not recommend this to ANYONE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and AWFUL service!
