We have talked with *** *** and have earned back her businessDuring my call with her I asked if she had called and asked to speak with anyone concerning her service or ask to talk with a manager she said that she had not. Let her know that we would always stand by our services and to please always give us a chance to correct it. We are sending her a $gift Certificate that can be used toward any service we offer.Attached is the statements we talked about as well as ***'s check out ticket and copy of the gift certificate we mailed her.Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Please let me know if there is anything else we need to do
