[redacted] is a tenant who rents from us at Aiken Road Storage Center. We purchased the property July 2016 from an owner who didn't keep the best rent roll records. As a result, Mr. [redacted]s rent roll was not properly updated. Mr. [redacted]'s was correct and is account is current. One of the owners...
of Aiken Road Storage personally met with Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the error. Thank you
