Thank you for your response to this matter.The owner of Aikido North Jersey keeps claiming he sent me and the Revdex.com a copy of some 6-month contract I signed.I do not recall signing a contract that locked me in for months to train at his facilityI was under the impression that it was a month-to-month plan in which I could decide from month-to-month if I wanted to train there.Can you please forward me this alleged contract for my records? I do not believe any such contract existsI certainly have not been emailed any such contract by the company's owner

This is a continuing mis-understanding by *** *** She signed a month contract, not a month contract, and she simply continues to complain that she's being charged for exactly what she contracted forI have sent her and the Revdex.com a copy of the signed contract for
monthsJust because she decided she doesn't want to pay for certain months does not mean she isn't responsible for themAs a consideration to her, which is not at all stipulated in her contract, I explained I would cancel her contract AS OF THE DATE I received a doctor's note saying she could no longer do martial artsThis was not an offer to cancel any previous monthsWhen I received the note I did exactly as I promised and canceled her last month of membership dues

I am rejecting this response because:1. On April 12, 2016, the Owner of this company agreed to stop charging me monthly fees as long as I could produce a doctor's note stating I was physically unable to train in aikido martial arts, which is what his company provides instruction in. I had alerted him of my injury on April 6, 2016 via email, and had not heard back from him until April 12.2. My car had broken down on April 4th. I was told it just needed a new spark plug, and that it would take just a day or two to fix. It was still with mechanics on April 12, 2016. I had no means of transport to go to my doctor. 2a. My car was finally returned to me on May 11, 2016 in a working condition after many weeks at the mechanic shop getting a rebuilt engine installed, which hit many roadblocks along the way. If I could have gotten to my doctor beforehand, I certainly would have.See this link for the evidence of the note from my doctor, which I could not get until May 9 due to documented ongoing car repair [redacted] See this link for the evidence of my car repair history. [redacted] Resolution: the $ 334 returned to me which was charged to me while I was physically unable to train in aikido, which is evidenced with a doctor's note. I provided the company owner with the doctor's note he requested as soon as I was able to do so. His company provided me with no services during that time period, nor had I asked his company for any services then.

[redacted] signed a 6 month contract to train at my school. I have sent her and the Revdex.com a copy of this contract. There are no stipulations for altering or stopping the payments for the contract. As a favor to her, I agreed to cancel her contract on the day I received a written notice from her doctor stating that she could no longer do martial arts. I received the note from her doctor and cancelled her contract as of that date as promised. There were no other prior agreements concerning this contract.
