Obligated to pay and being billed for instruction that I am unable to attend due to financial and schedule conflictsI signed a 12 month contract in March for instruction. Attended four classes, but due to work schedule conflict and transportation problems, and now lack of money to pay, I have been unable to attend any more instruction. And will not be able to. Sent a letter(phone was shut off) stating that I am unable to continue attending the instruction.I should have evaluated my situation better before I signed contract.
