The website claims to offer access to training videos that teach the martial art of Aikijutsu through training modules, released monthly, containing several videos each. The website also claims to provide the ability to correspond with the website's creator, Armando ***, who will give the student the opportunity to progress through the system's rank structure, to the black belt level. In reality, numerous training videos either do not work, or they lead to incorrect videos. I have tried to access them through three different browsers for months now. Also, there is no way whatsoever to contact Mr.. There are no emails, addresses, or phone numbers anywhere on the website, nor is there any content on the customer support page. The website is claiming to offer instruction in a traditional Japanese martial art, but has no credentials to support the validity of the training system, or any connection to or descent from *** Jujutsu, which is the original Aikijutsu school that is still active, in Japan. The website does make reference to the ***, which further suggests that they want consumers to believe aikijutsuacademy.com teaches legitimate Aikijutsu, however they do not provide a lineage of their training going back to ***. As a martial arts instructor myself, I can attest that many of the techniques and terminology used in the training videos seem to actually portray a Karate origin, rather than that of Aikijutsu. Lastly, there is no way to cancel my membership, now that I have been paying them for four months. To summarize, aikijutsuacademy.com has accepted my money, but does not provide quality training videos, a method to attain rank, any proof of legitimacy, or any way to contact the instructor/website creator, and there is no way to cancel my membership.
