[I sent this previously but will repeat. I called the business times prior to picking up the car to inquire if the car had been picked up, at no time did they indicate to me that *** attempted to pick up the car and was refused. Additionally, at no time did they tell me I was incurring expenses for storage or that expenses would continue to build until I came to pick up my car. I decided without suggestion from Chips to pick up the car because I realized *** was a poor choice. The complaint about Chip's is that they should have told me they would NEVER release the car to *** and that I was incurring expenses.]

We did tell [redacted] that we were not releasing the vehicle and they told us they would be contacting all customers since you were there customer. The blame still falls on  them, we do not run our business like them that is why we are still here and they are not!

Chips Transport has been in business since 1971 and we are a very reputable company unlike [redacted] who you shipped with. They are actually in chapter 11. We, as a transport company, can request a customer to pay for services by us through a mechanics lien and that is what we did. [redacted] knew what fees were...

due and declined to pay for your car. We charged you a fair storage and pick up fee. As far as the air gage, we are not allowed to inventory any articles per [redacted] and are not allowed to access the trunk. If you check anywhere, we have the best rating around, and you unfortunately, got caught  up in a mess with [redacted] who was unreliable company for you. I believe you should take up your concerns with the company you chose to ship your car because we did nothing wrong.Thank you,[redacted]President

We have responded to Mr [redacted] and the terminal in Florida has paid for the repairs on his vehicle. Thank you,[redacted]
