Our ability to provide all information in regards to the issue are restricted as California law does not allow us to publicly disclose pawn/loan or sale information for the protection of our customersThe information we can provide is this, we do accept musical instruments and other itemsThe
customer in question has contacted us in person twice in this instance and has been informed on both occasions that we DO NOT and HAVE NOT ever changed, swapped, played or in any fashion altered any item that a customer has brought to usThe paperwork providing the serial number and item with the customers signature on it are at the Modesto police department (*** ***) for both instances that the customer has had the item in with us (first time was on 6-29-second was on 8-19-2015)
