I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12410068, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe business finally picked up their trash on 10/17/and we did receive our remotes on 10/12/
I am rejecting this response because:They came to fix garage door only but did not leave any garage door remotesI cannot call them because they probably blocked my callsI texted him already but have not seen a responseNow he said he would take his trash by this week but he's been saying
that since mid SeptemberHe did not acknowledge or fix the areas I requested him to fixMaybe you guys can help me reach him and have him addressed these issues
