Aim All Storage

I am rejecting this response because:
I received there response , thank youIt's all pretty much an UntruthI won't call it a lie, because it's there versionI must have destroyed all my stuff , and I must have sprinkled my unit with Rat Droppings and BloodI could have written you ***s response, so I will add to it for herHere is , take it or leave it! He will do nothing and he will take no responsibility! He wouldn't even meet to say sorry, the owner just said things like get him out of my office, per *** that's what he saidAlso I was told by *** that a Woman had rented a storage and Had stored Peanuts and other Food items in her storage , thus Causing the TroubleI paid my storage Fee for the Month, so there not Charging me Extra was B.SYes they gave me access to the Unit after Hours, but why wouldn't they, the Sooner I cleaned up the mess the betterLike I sent you earlier, Business More Times than not will win against the consumer, I get itBut for *** to say , there was No Rat or Mice Problem is a complete Falsehood, especially since I received a letter days later letting me know they where going to treat the Location for Rats , Mice etcI was also told When I pointed out the problem to there on site office, that they were sorry and They had Found out to days earlier there was problemSo you as the Revdex.com will have to decide what to do, as there where No actual rats in My storage anymore, Just there destruction and Droppings, which I documented in the pictures, who's wrong. The person who took the pictures at there facility or the Company that couldn't be bothered to even apologize, as there stand is good luck we are not responsible for really anythingThank you for your Time, and your deligence And I will just chalk this up to , they win I loose. Intresting considering we stood outside for Min having a cigarette, Commenting on a college that was next door that she told me she thought was a fake BusinessWe laughed about that, and then we walked back in because she asked me toI never said a single bad word about ***, as she definately told me her hands were tied by the owner, and I get her sticking up for him and making me look incorrect, hey Jobs are hard to Come by But for her to say my agitated state made her feel scared or awkward, really Bogles my mind, as we talked for quite awhile. I said ok and Left It was Until I received a letter outlining there current Rodent issue, and then remembered that she had said he will not talk or discuss this with you that I decided to Contact you!

Our reply to the above case. [redacted] did have a rat or mice in his unit which was apparent by the photos that were taken. Mr. [redacted] discovered this at the time he was moving out of his unit at Aim All Storage in Riverside Ca. At this time is when we became aware that there was a problem in his...

unit with mice or rats. We, of course, offered our apologies and gave him extra time after hours to remove his property. His rent had posted for the month but because of the damage to his property we, of course, did not ask for payment. When Mr. [redacted] signed his rental agreement the owners have a clause in the contract that the owner not be held liable for damages to personal property, I have enclosed this paragraph. Even in the case of rodents. Because the owner and staff felt sorry for Mr. [redacted], the owner felt sorrow for the damage caused and had me write a check of $500.00 which was not required legally but was done to help the guy out. As far as the owner stating he did not care about his personal property being ruined is shown not to be true as the owner had me write a check in the amount of $500.00 which again was not legally required. So the claim that no one cared would prove not to be true. He was not asked to keep quiet about his unit problems because we contacted other tenants around his unit to come in so we could check the unit and make sure they had rat poison still in the bait boxes. So again another false statement made by Mr. [redacted]. Also, the owner did not say or cuss on the phone demanding Mr. [redacted] leave his office because he was home in Orange County and I was dealing with Mr. [redacted], and I was not overly comfortable with his personality and his anger, and I wanted him to leave. Aim All Storage is truly sorry that he had property damage to his things and wished it would never have happened but unfortunately, it did, and as soon as Aim All Storage became aware of this issue, we took steps quickly to keep it from getting out of control. No other monies will be paid to [redacted]. [redacted] Property Supervisor
