I am rejecting this response because:
Although I may have closed on my home days late, the incompetence of your employees and their complete disregard to keep me informed of the situation is the reason this complaint is being filedAfter contacting your loan officer, she personally apologized over a text message, stating that she was sorry she did not inform me sooner and did not have the professional curtiousy to make a phone callI then had to personally come into the bank and complainThen and only then was I given a solution to move my closing date back to its original scheduled time after being fed several excuses as to why this ignorance happenedI was then told, verbatim, that I could back date the documents for the date I received themI do have a witness to this statementAfter the individuals I was buying the home from found out your bank allowed me to backdate the documents they informed me that it was ILLEGAL and that due to this the closing date would then be moved back days once againDue to this incompetence and Unprofessionalism I was forced to spend several hundred dollars more on uhaul and moving costs, not to mention lost wages due to having to take more time off of workWhen I asked your bank manager how this issue would be rectified she told me she would check into it and as always, I was ignored by your bank staff and I was never contacted about the issueThen after documents were signed at the closing, The title company informed me that the bank overcharged me on closing costs, once again showing their incompetenceI was then notified several days after closing that the bank lost documents and that I needed to resign those documents againKeep in mind this happened several times during this processAlso, I do not appreciate your employees breaking privacy laws and using my personal bank file to locate and contact me via FacebookYour employee knew what she was doing was illegal because she then proceeded to tell me not to tell anyone that she contacted me on Facebook but that she called meI would like to know how my extra expenses will be covered and how you will handle this privacy rights violation.
