We are very sorry for your experienceTo address a couple issues, we did try to call the customer to address any complaintsEach time, we were told she was not homeWe have never in all tye years we have been ipen left access holes open, however, I guess mistakes can be madeAs far as the vents, we made the customer aware, as we do every customer with painted on vents, damage may occour taking them off the wallThe screws have several layers of paint as well as the vent covers, so we have to do the best we can with a razor blade to cut them off, but sometimes paint chipsLastly, the priceDespite what you may see on deal sites, unless you are in a small apartment or trailer with no basement, you will typically incur more of a charge than $It costs more in fuel, labor, insurance, etcto do these cleanings With all if that said, we can not prove that some of this is true or since we were not allowed to come back in and lookSo, being a company that stands behind their work, since this customer is unhappy, we will be more than happy to refund the amount of $This will be processed through [redacted] within weeks from today (3/8/2016)

I had my vents cleaned br Brandon this morning, and I'm so glad I didThe returns were disgusting, but he cleaned them with no judgmentHe called when he was on his way, and was in and out in an hour, which was all within our time slotHe also gave me information aboht how often I need to clean my vents and how to continue regular maintenance in between cleaningsI will definitely use this company again

we initially did not have a good experience but after speaking with the owner- he did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied & correct the misunderstandingHe sent out a different guy to do our carpets, brandon, who was very punctual & did a fantastic job! Will use them again & request Brandon for our next cleaning! I really appreciated all they did to keep our business, showed that they really do care for their customers

We used a *** with them and no where on it does it say it is for a basic carpet cleaning, but with in five mintues of being there Steve uncharged us $on top of the *** we had already boughtSteve is also a very determined salesmanHe basically wouldn't take no for an answer, pressuring us into his pricesAlso the "deep scrub" they do is just with a shop broom but they charge you an extra $On top of everything they used our own water and rushed through the whole house I would not recommend

Jim did an amazing job! And did above and beyond just to make sure the stains my grandparents were concerned about came out of their couch and chair. I plan on calling him again soon to clean my carpets!

Despite what you may see on deal sites, unless you are in a small apartment or trailer with no basement, you will typically incur more of a charge than $39. It costs more in fuel, labor, insurance, etc... to do these cleanings.
With all if that said, we can not prove that some of this is true or false since we were not allowed to come back in and look. So, being a company that stands behind their work, since this customer is unhappy, we will be more than happy to refund the amount of $425. I had never hired a professional carpet cleaning service before, but the apartment I was moving out of required us to have the carpets professionally cleaned. When I called to schedule an appointment with Aim Carpet Cleaning, Jim was professional and friendly, honest and courteous. He booked me in at my convenience and explained what I could expect. His services went above my expectations and I am just so very pleased. He even went the extra step for us to try to remove a very stubborn stain I had long since given up on. He clearly cares a great deal about doing an excellent job and does well at satisfying the consumer. I definitely recommend him and this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning services in the St Louis area.

They rarely answer the phone. There was a miscommunication and they wanted to charge me extra. They are extremely hard to talk to and Jim was rude.

Very happy with the customer service and quality of the work. The owner returned my phone call the next day as he stated on his voicemail. Brandon, the young gentleman who cleaned our carpet was just awesome. He was very polite, so accommodating and went above and beyond for me. I can't say enough about his professionalism and kind demeanor. Very impressed overall.
