Aim High Residential Services Reviews (%countItem)

I would also avoid Aim High Residential, especially for any type of remodeling. They made a 2 week job turn into a 2 month job. At the end of 2 months, we said enough is enough. Tiling for a shower was cut into drywall. Holes were drilled from the shower to the outside of our house. Yes we had holes. We had our shower tiled, payment was collected, and then the owner said we need to demolish because of the poor quality. We fired them and then told us they were submitting paperwork for permitting the next. We called the city planning department and had told them our story. We gave them no authority to submit permits for our job. THEY WERE FIRED!

Warning, avoid! Collects payment and does not finish work! Unprofessional, unreliable service that left my house DIRTY. Light fixtures, shower, wood floors, trim work, windows, etc. not touched.
I paid $350 for a whole house move-in clean. *** sent one employee, not a team, to clean the entire house, WITHOUT A LADDER. The employee left early due to the weather that day.
I noticed that she wasn't cleaning the floorboards, tops of doors/ crown molding, dusty air returns, etc., so I asked her to work on those when she returned the next day. Didn't happen.

Owner called me to say her employee had returned to clean and was done. She hadn't returned. Confused with another house? That night she had 2 employees come to the house to finish. They were not there long. It was dark so I could not tell what work had been done.

The next day I could tell the floors were dirty. Our bare feet were getting filthy. The owner did return late in the evening when I was putting my kids to bed. She came in with heels on and a Swiffer type mop. Better, not great.

Once we moved in I started to notice all of the things that didn't get cleaned. The master shower had never been touched. There was mold and orange film all over the grout. High cabinets were not reached. Light fixtures were caked with dust, floorboards were only partially cleaned, tops of doors, crown molding, ceiling cobwebs, faucet spouts, and air returns were untouched. Window sills were not cleaned and were so dirty that we couldn't leave windows open because dirt would fly in.

While the employee was cleaning the first day I saw her trying to get marks off of the walls. She did not get any of the marks off and ended up smudging the marks and wearing down the paint and texture. This made each mark remarkably worse. She did more damage than she was paid to clean. I happened to talk to *** about painting some rooms in the house a different color and got a quote, but we were not planning on painting right away. Due to the damage her employee did, we will have to paint sooner than we intended.

Owner said they would sanitize with bleach, but they used Pine Sol. She said they'd remove shoes. Her employees did but she wore shoes each time.

I contacted *** and told her about my disappointment with the lack of work done and the damage done to walls. I sent her some of the photos I took. In a text she said, "I will be glad to have a different team come out and clean the bathroom and windows." She called me a couple of days later and made an appointment to return to clean the items that got missed. SHE DID NOT SHOW UP.
I asked her to reschedule. She offered to clean my floors "complimentary". I don't want anything complimentary. I just wanted what I paid for and I definitely didn't get $350 worth of cleaning. Maybe a $100 cleaning job tops. I wanted to discuss with her what we could do about the wall in the hallway that had the most damage. She refused to finish cleaning and skipped over the fact she had already told me she'd return to finish.

I told her this was the worst experience and I'd be writing a review.
She responded with blame instead of responsibility and made personal attacks. She DID NOT clean my house. Not the professional behavior I expect for $350 either.

I gave her time to make it right. She didn't. I asked her to return partial payment since she refused to finish cleaning my house. She AGREED to the partial refund. "I will document and mail you a check today. Thank you"
I waited, waited, reminded, waited, reminded. She made excuses but said a check was coming.
Nothing. She did not finish cleaning. She did not refund any money. I'm in shock how someone can just not do the work, charge the customer, then chastise the customer. I emphatically can NOT recommend using this woman for any service she provides.
