I would like to state that I have spoken with the client originally and did explain that the shrinkage crack in the concrete is in no way shape or form affecting the integrity of the concrete driveway or its longevity This crack is unfortunate that it is outside of a control joints area, but structurally acts the same way This is NOT a warranty issue due to the fact that the crack is not separating apart or shifting This is because of the extensive rebar that we use in the construction of the drive I would be glad to send our warranty policy that clearly explains the ACI standards for what may warrant a warranty or replacement claim. All this being said that we are not responsible to take action, I will and have agreed to repair the crack for the customer When the issue was brought to our attention it was winter and was agreed upon to wait until warmer weather to determine if any action may be required Again structurally there is no problem with the drive and the concern is will the repair be more of an eye sore than leaving it alone It is unfortunate that me being busy this summer has resulted in this claim Please let me know how this works in terms of our responsibility with the Revdex.com and contacting the customer for repair

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe issue regarding Complaint ID: [redacted] have been resolved to my satisfaction[redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have forwarded a copy of the e-mail conversation with [redacted] Hawks to [email protected] In the e-mail, [redacted] stated that he would come out when weather had warmed up and repair the crack As stated in February email He was going to come out ASAP after weather warmed up to repair or replace the pad Our last conversations were May He has not responded to phone calls nor been proactive about resolving this issue Therefore, I cannot accept the response from the contractor regarding this issue It would have been much easier if he simply responded in timely fashion regarding the repair of the concrete pad Regards, [redacted]

I have forwarded a copy of the e-mail conversation with [redacted] Hawks to [email protected].   In the e-mail, [redacted] stated that he would come out when weather had warmed up and repair the crack.    As stated in February 15 email.   He was going to come out ASAP after weather warmed up to repair or replace the pad.    Our last conversations were May 2.   He has not responded to phone calls nor been proactive about resolving this issue.  Therefore, I cannot accept the response from the contractor regarding this issue.   It would have been much easier if he simply responded in timely fashion regarding the repair of the concrete pad.
Regards,
[redacted]
