Aim Pro Mechanical

I want to recommend Aimpro highly. We had 2 A/C units installed. Project went well and exceeded our expectations. I know I have a Mechanical Construction / Engineering background. Mario the owner was exacting in the installation and extremely detailed. The project was complete on time and the cost was exactly what was quoted.

I am fastidious when I hire someone both professionally and personally to ensure that I am contracting quality service and a lengthy track record in business. In addition to, but certainly not secondary to these two factors, I seek integrity of character, trustworthiness, and a sense of whether that person is trying to offer me what I need or what he/she needs to unload or make money on instead.

I never do business with someone without doing extensive research including checking references and checking the Revdex.com for unhappy customers. As a manager of customer service teams though, I know that it is much easier to enter a complaint than to take time to praise. [redacted], the owner, provided me 5-6 references, 4 of which I contacted, who had glowing commendations for his service, workmanship and character.

He convinced me to utilize his company even though his business listing showed only two years in the Revdex.com. He has been in this line of work for many years, and has a wealth of knowledge to offer. I have had a home warranty on my home since the purchase because I had old heating and AC units. After several years of hearing horror stories from others as to the number of times their AC was repaired to avoid replacement with those warranty companies and 2 summers of outrageous bills, I decided it was time to replace them. He opened his own business after experience working in such an environment to ensure that he could offer first-rate, honest service with years of a knowledgebase as backing.

AimPro Mechanical got to my home at 7am, laid down paper to protect my floors, cleaned up after them, and was polite and respectful. They were finished in two days’ time, with no long wait for service or installation. I sent to two other companies for a quote and never heard from them.

One of the units did not fit through the attic hole, so he offered to have someone come to my home to repair that enlarged opening as well. We have a standing appointment for the winter for him to come to ensure that the unit is successfully running since it was too hot outside to test it in 112 degrees. I told [redacted] that he needed to have all of his happy customers write a comment on his behalf on line because that would be symbolic of the level of service offered by his team. I was happy to recommend him to anyone. I have not received a new AC bill yet, but will be anxious to see the difference from my $300+ electric bills last year this time in a 2470 square foot house.

My husband and I first met [redacted] about a year ago. My partner at work recommended him. This partner of mine is hard to please and is a perfectionist. [redacted] came to inspect our air conditioning system and did some minor repair but did not charge anything.He said "I will charge only when I really do some work". Last week our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. He came to our rescue! He answered my call promptly and came over to our home that same evening. 3 days later our home is cool and comfortable. He and his crew are very professional, kind and are excellent at their job. They left our home clean and I am very pleased with their work. [redacted] was very apologetic about the holes he was forced to make in the dry wall. No major holes. He was very fair with the charges he needed to add to the initial agreement. He did not charge for an additional service he provided. I give him an A+ and will be using him from now on. He is young and his business is new but I told him that his honesty and professionalism will make him a millionaire soon.

I usually do not write reviews ( this review is long overdue) but I need to give kudos to AimPro Mechanical.

One of the reasons we chose AimPro was due to the Revdex.com excellent reviews...now I want to add my 5 STAR review.

Finding a good HVAC company is like finding a good meal...there are lots of places that can fill your stomach (or cool your house), but only a few that can deliver truly great service. AimPro is one of those companies. We were never up-sold, never bait and switched. We were simply helped from start to finish.

They were through in explaining what the problem was and the costs associated with the fix. We were given several options to address the issue all without feeling rushed or pressured. We at first chose the simple less expensive fix and then later we decided to replace the unit. The parts and labor for the simple fix were taken off the price of the new unit!

From start to finish the work was done in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

I highly recommend this honest and hard working company. I've never had such great service!

AimPro was an absolute "Angel" in our time of need.
