This letter is in response to the complaint
filed by Ms*** *** Complaint Case #***
Let me begin by saying that my name is Mike E*** and I am the owner and landlord of the property rented by Ms*** ***AL is a friend whom I asked to help me during a time when I had some health issuesWhen AL met with Ms*** for me, AL provided her with his business card (AIM Properties, LTD)
Ms*** entered into a one year lease agreement that began in August and would have ended July 31, Ms*** paid the month of December's rend and moved out during this month, thereby defaulting on her leaseAs per the lease agreement, the tenant is to return the keys and a forwarding address
Ms*** was informed that she is defaulting on the lease agreement and she wsa asked to clean up the place before she leaves, return the keys and provide a forwarding addressMs*** wanted a refund for December's rent since she will not be staying the whole monthMs*** was informed again that she has a lease that she is defaulting on, and any response will be sent to her once we receive the forwarding address or within of the end of the month she moved outA forwarding address was received January 3,
As per the Landlord/Tenant Law, a final letter dated January 12, was sent to Ms***The letter states that Ms*** is responsible for Four Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($4,550) the remaining balance of the lease rent amount or less depending on when the unit will be occupiedAs of the response date of this letter, Ms*** is responsible for January and February 2016's rents
I hope this letter clarified this matter and request that AIM Properties, LTD business be removed from being the landlord or involved with this complaint

For my protection Al stated that my lease could be terminated and that he would include my security deposit and December's rentThe letter that Mike E*** wrote stating Al was a friend, Al had been working with Mike and they have many properties that they work together onAl verbally told me he would mail me a check for 1,dollars in daysSo Al provided information stating I would recieve my moneyMy lease was terminated because Al the friend violated my right of privacy which Al didn't respectHe completely overstepped his boundaries forcing me to become uncomfortable which affected my health and safetyHe lingered around and would meddle in my family affairs that I never mentioned to himHe took it upon himself to force his way in my daughter's and my affairsIt was totally unacceptableI informed him of me moving and he agreed with the previous informationHis services decreased he never peformed any electrical, plumbing, heating or air service nor cut the grassMy obligation as a tenant were keptHe tried to punish retaliate for terminating my lease because of his unprofessional behaviorI request that AIM Properties get reviewed for representationMike should have been the contact instead of ALAl has been collecting rent for awhileAl was representation instead of Mike for not taking the responsibilites of being the landlord and to do what was rightAl stated a different statement and it is unfair because Mike doesn't know how Al handled business which was totally out of line.b I believe that I don't owe for January or February because I had to flee from my safety and move to a different cityWhich is quite expensiveIf Al was professional then it wouldn't have been any problems
