Complaint since jan 2013 we have been prevented from accessing our ftp site for vtiger CRM. Aimtheory does not respond to our written requests for assistanceSince Jan 2013 we experienced a sudden disconnection of service due to possible hosting issues surrounding our Vtiger CRM solution that we subscribe to every month from Aimtheory. Every attempt to contact [redacted], the [redacted], on the published telephone number on his website [redacted] (www.aimtheorycrm.com) or email address [redacted]@aimtheory.com goes unattended. In fact his telephone number is no longer in service! This prompted my deepest fear that he is no longer in business but yet he continues to charge my credit card. The vTiger CRM is working again however, the ftp site so that I may take my own backups of my data has not been restored. Finally, in March 2013, he did respond and since then he has promised to fix the issue. He did give me a backup of my data however, he continues to evade my emails. He promised that he would provide me a full backup of my database when I require. He is yet to fulfil that promise as well as fix the ftp access to my database so that I do not have to bother him. I am deeply concerned whether this company really exists as a company or is just a one man show. Judging from his failure to respond it appears to be the case. Based on his LinkedIn profile he is currently working at [redacted] in Boston as a lead developer:[redacted] XXXXX [redacted]Tel: [redacted]Fax: [redacted]As a customer since 2010, I dont believe I deserve this type of treatment. I am in the process of hosting my own vtiger crm however, this is still under experimental stages. I still require this service, as it is critical to my business. Desired SettlementI would like the ftp access to my vtiger crm restored so that I may take my own database backups. If he cannot do this, then I would like a commitment to take bi-monthly backups of my database to be sent to me like he did previously using Dropbox.
