Yeah rightI contact amazon the next day and Im told that the order will be cancelled as it has not shipped yetMonday rolls around and the package has shippedIm call amazon and Im told the vendor ignored their request and shipped the item anywaysSo an order that cannot be cancelled minutes after it was placed took days to shipSo now my options are to refuse the package on arrival or take itOf course Im going to refuse but that leaves dollars tied up until they feel like giving it backNot a big dea, but their attitude throughout this transaction leaves me wondering how many others they have screwedI will not do business with Aimtofind.com ever againI will dissuade everyone I know from doing business with themHorrible, horrible company with bad policies

I then get an email telling me that my order is at the bottom of a fedex truck and cannot be cancelled. This is at approx. 10:45 eastern on a Saturday night. So in the span of 5 to ten minutes my package is already "buried"? Yeah right.
I contact amazon the next day and Im told that the order will be cancelled as it has not shipped yet. Monday rolls around and the package has shipped.
Im call amazon and Im told the vendor ignored their request and shipped the item anyways. So an order that cannot be cancelled 5 minutes after it was placed took 2 days to ship.
So now my options are to refuse the package on arrival or take it. Of course Im going to refuse but that leaves 400 dollars tied up until they feel like giving it back. Not a big dea, but their attitude throughout this transaction leaves me wondering how many others they have screwed.
I will not do business with Aimtofind.com ever again. I will dissuade everyone I know from doing business with them. Horrible, horrible company with bad policies.

The customer received a product that was advertised as refurbished and then wanted to return the item. A return was already approved.
The customers return was already accepted over 7 days ago and a full refund was issued with no restocking...
