Review: I ordered a lamp post and base for an outdoor light from Search Lighting online on March *, 2014. The pieces were shipped in separate boxes but the manufacturer had the wrong address on the boxes. They combined my city with their street address. I eventually got the post but did not get the base. I was told by Search Lighting three weeks ago that the base was sent back to the manufacturer and that they would re-ship it to my correct address "right away", but I have not yet received it, nor have they sent me a tracking number. They will not answer the phone or return my latest email. I paid for this on March [redacted]. I have had to contact them multiple times over the last several weeks with no resolution. I want this base, and I want to have help in receiving it. It is the Hanover 139-3 Two-Piece Wrap-Around Base in antique copper color, HAN-139-3/ACP. The price was $172.79, and a 10% discount was made. I paid for it via [redacted] the day I ordered it.Desired Settlement: I want the piece shipped. I have waited long enough and have been very patient.
