Client purchased insurance policy with carrier Carnegie General Insurance Agency Effective 07/16/Policy cancelled on 08/17/for non payment
Client paid $upon starting the policyIn our efforts to help Mr ***
we agreed to hold a portion of the down payment in the amount of $for weeksName insured agreed on paying the balance of $on 08/08/yet he failed to pay it We reached to Mr *** several time to pay the balance and we could not get a hold of him
Carnegie General send him to collection for access coverage's that he did not pay for
Aims insurance services send him to collection for non-payment of the balance of the down payment that we paid in his behalf and he agreed on yet did not pay it as planed

Client purchased insurance policy effective 08/24/and she was covered under policy #XXXXXXX until she decided to cancel the policy on 09/1/Insurance company takes to weeks to process the cancelation and they will refund her the
remaining of her premium after charging her the cancelation fee She advised us that she had purchased insurance else where , we asked her to provide us with a proof of the other insurance in order to back date her cancelation that when she advised us that she is not insuring Toyota any more even though that she still own that vehicle Client agreed verbally and in writing with all terms and condition of the policy in hand .Thanks
