                                       [redacted]                         [redacted]       Revdex.com Serving New Jersey                        Insured: [redacted] 1262 Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road                             Type: Automobile Building A, Suite 202                                      �...⇄ Complaint #:  [redacted] Hamilton, NJ 08690                                         ...⇄   Attn:  [redacted]                                           ...⇄   February 6, 2018     We have received your inquiry regarding [redacted].  Please allow me to provide the following information.   [redacted] auto policy was set up for an Electronic Funds transfer deduction to take effect on 1/23/18.  [redacted] contacted Plymouth Rock on 1/20/2018 to inquire about canceling her automobile coverage with Plymouth Rock, under policy number [redacted], effective on the renewal date of 1/23/2018.  Plymouth Rock advised [redacted] to contact her agent of record to cancel coverage.  We also advised [redacted] that her account bill, which was on an electronic fund payment plan, had already been submitted to her bank and that we were unable to stop the submission as she had made the request within the 3 day lock-out period.  We advised [redacted] that once her policy was canceled, a refund would be mailed to her within two weeks of the date the policy cancellation was processed.    [redacted] called on 1/22/2018, and canceled coverage back to 1/20/2018, which is the date [redacted] replaced coverage with another carrier.  Plymouth Rock spoke again with [redacted] on 1/24/2018 regarding her policy cancellation and her request for an expedited refund.  The wire transfer refund was completed by 6:00pm on the same day [redacted] called in to request the expedited refund.   Plymouth Rock returned the amount billed to [redacted] prior to receiving funds from her bank, operating under the assumption that payment would be honored by her bank.  However, [redacted] initiated a stop-payment request on Plymouth Rock’s EFT deduction for 1/23/2018, which resulted in Plymouth Rock providing a wire transfer refund on money never received from [redacted].    At this time, [redacted] owes Plymouth Rock $190.01 for money she received that we did not collect from her.   We will work directly with [redacted] to address the outstanding amount due to Plymouth Rock.  We trust the information provided addresses [redacted] concerns.  Should you need anything further, please feel free to contact us.   Sincerely,   Giovana A[redacted]   Supervisor
