Ainsworth Pet Nutrition is the manufacturer and brand owner of Rachael Ray NutrishWe take all issues seriously and want very much to talk to this consumer to resolve the issue The complaint on the product is very vague and no actual product is mentioned or listed for the complaintThe phone number on the packaging ( [redacted] ) rings directly to our call centerThe call center tracks all incoming calls, even if the consumer does not stay on the line or leave a messageOur call center records have been checked back two (2) yearsThere is no record of any call from the provided phone number: [redacted] In addition, our call center is set up to only allow callers to stay in the queue for minutes and seconds before forcing the call to voice messageThe phone number to reach our call center is located above the UPC in the “Distributed by:” section on the back of the bag pictured that the consumer sent to Revdex.comOur Headquarters phone number is [redacted] This phone number has no queueing system The caller can choose a prompt or stay on the line for the operator After making a choice, the phone will ring to the chosen location If the phone is not answered after approximately3-rings, the caller is sent to voice message There is no option of continuing to stay on the line for any length of time Any call received from a consumer is transferred directly to our reach you to discuss your claimThe request is for a refund of $30, indicating that the product was purchased at Acme and Acme would not refund the used bag The picture of the front of the bag provided by the consumer to the Revdex.com has a ‘Thank you for shopping at Shop Rite’ sticker on the bag It also shows a Club Savings sticker cost of $for this bagA $refund will not be honored without full sample requested of a consumer by the Consumer Care Team is obtained through mailing out a kit to retrieve the sample at our costA self-addressed, postage paid envelope is mailed to the consumer to retrieve the sample in a provided plastic bag Again, the consumer would not be asked to mail a sample at their own cost All return envelopes have a unique tracking number on them, which can be tracked through the US Postal ServiceIf the consumer mailed product on their own, we ask that consumer check with the US Postal Service for where their package may be All packages mailed by the US Postal I have the UPC's. I am in the Coast  Guard & shipping out 2/1/2018. I wish to have this resolved by then. I was on for an enormous amount of time, with no response. I phoned the company # from the towns tax office records # given to me by the towns tax collector office. Please replace of refund my bags. Thankyou, [redacted].
