I am rejecting this response because: when I initially brought in the vehicle it was for the service engine light coming on and due to the vehicleI was told it was due to the e-box fan; however, that seemingly was not the case because I had the same issue in under monthsThe mileage on my vehicle should not be factor in determining the diagnosis on my vehicle because one of the service advisors or managers could have simply notified me that this could possibly be the problem, but we are unsure of the true factor of the vehicle stallingInstead, I was put under the misconception that my vehicle was fully fixed.

Although the dealership agreed to pay the amount Mini Financial was charging me for EWT which should have been covered by the policy I purchased, I believe the way they handled my situation was very poor and unprofessionalThey never were working with me as they stated in their responseIn fact I made at least phone calls and left messages, sent emails and never received a response to any of these until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.comNot even their general manager had the courtesy of returning my callI will never do business with Tom Bush Mini again. Customer came in on 4/1/complaining of a service engine soon light was displayed without any drive ability complaintWe ran diagnostics and it had a fault for a faulty e-box fanWe performed those repairs and also repaired an oil leakThe car came back in almost 1/months later with a
stalling problem while drivingThe car has a valve cover leaking air and is due for routine maintenance like spark plugs and a air filterWe did not charge the customer diagnostics on the second visit as a goodwill gestureWe cannot guarantee a high mileage car from future problems, as we can only repair the problems that exist at the time

We would be willing to work with customer on needed repairs, but cannot be responsible for future repairs needed as we can only diagnose what the car currently needs.

We at Tom Bush have been working with [redacted] for about 2 weeks to get a resolution to her EWT claim.  After researching our records, everything was done correctly and EWT policy was in effect, however the insurance company stated that we had not sent contract in with in the allotted 180 days,...

therefore making the contract invalid even though the billed Tom Bush for the contract.  In an effort to keep customer happy, I, [redacted] Finance Director for Tom Bush group, spoke once more with customer to ascertain the amount of the EWT claim and had a check cut to customer from Tom Bush to rectify this matter for the full amount.  [redacted] was very appreciative of our efforts and would do business with us again if she was ever in the market for another vehicle. [redacted]Finance DirectorTom Bush Family of Dealerships

The general manager has been working with Mr [redacted] and BMW is offering assistance with repairs and/or purchasing a new vehicle.

Dear Revdex.com,Recently [redacted] purchased a new MINI Countryman from our salesperson, [redacted]. The sale went fine, but she had an issue with receiving a temporary tag. Apparently her job will not allow her to park a vehicle with a temporary tag on it. Therefore, she would like to receive the...

paperwork from us as soon as possible so she can get a permanent tag. We have moved her deal to the top of our accounting department's list for processing. In the meantime, we are waiting to get funded by the lender (which can take up to 14 days) before we can overnight the tag and title paperwork that she can then take to her local DMV to get a permanent license plate. We had the Finance Manager that she originally dealt with, [redacted], call her to explain the tag and title process. She said she understands now. Sheila also apologized for any potential condescension by our other Finance Manager, [redacted], who answered when she first called in. We have reviewed our word tracks with him to avoid any future mistakes. We apologize for this experience, but we will treat it as a learning experience so we can better explain our tag and title work to our future customers.Thank you,~[redacted]eCommerce ManagerP.S. This vehicle was towed in without any owner information. The car has since been diagnosed and repaired and the customer has picked up his car.
