I buy a 3D printer at this company
This 3D printer has always had a problem of software and not material
This problem completely prevents its use and I communicated to this company by email to their supportThis company has tried to help me by emailing me the manipulation to make on their printer in order to solve this software problem
These manipulations did not solve the problem and finally in the month of July 2016, this company offers me to send me a replacement electronic card in order to definitively solve this problem
I have their email offering me this solutionBut we are soon in December and the company never sent me anything and no longer responds to my emails
I do not know what to do with their unusable 3D printer and I hope to have a solution or a refund
