Air 1 HVAC

Review: In June 2012 Air ! company installed a new/replacement air conditioning system in my home. Cost was $6400. Theystated system was functioning properly. On 8/20/2015 we noticed water on the floor in the basement, that was coming from the secondary overflow drain of the AC (in the attic). We called Air 1 and an employee came that afternoon and cleaned the primary drain; cost $125 THe next day we noticed the overflow pan under the AC unit it the attic was still filling up and called Air 1 again. (Original service and $125 accomplished nothing). A second service man came to the house and after some examination of the system determined that the primary drain was installed improperly and was actually requiring the water to drain in an upward direction, which is obviously not very effective. He took some measurements and pictures. and said a new drain system would need to be installed. ON 8/23 we received a call from Air 1 stated that they wanted almost $1000 to put in new drains. I said that I thought the drain problem was their responsibility because they installed the replacement system and certified it as functioning properly. She said that they did not replace the existing pan or drains in 2012. I said that they should have determined in 2012 that the drains were not correct and fixed them at that time. I will cot pay $1000 for this (which seems like an outrageous price anyway). Subsequently, on 8/27, I had another AC person come to my house and look at the problem. He repositioned the primary drain below the secondary, overflow drain, so that it drains properly (in a downward direction. Cost $125. I believe it is important for other people, that might want to deal wit Air 1, that they appear to be not a very competent company; and perhaps not very honest.Desired Settlement: Refund me for Air 1 service cost and my cost for final fix to problem. Also notify other potential customers of this issue
