Air Advice Heating & Cooling

We ordered three machines, and from the very start they had problems with them connecting, and so we promised our clients air reports and were not able to deliver on many occasions. It seemed that about every 1 or 2 weeks we had to send one or all of the meters back for replacements due to a malfunction problems they admitted to having from the manufacturing level and every time promised they had it fixed. At one point, we sent one back, and they kept it for about two months with no follow-up. When we tried to get into contact with them, they ignored us. After having to get firm with them, they finally responded and sent another machine back to us. Then this machine failed time and time again. Now, that we are finding after giving them ample time, that they are just not going to be able to provide reliable, lasting service, we sent an email to their company to inquire about sending all the machines back for a refund, and again they are ignoring our requests.
The cost of the machines were about $4500.00 for 3. We spent many hours in training our staff and developing sales strategies and marketing materials around this equipment. Just one of the marketing campaigns we sent out about this air report was several thousands of dollars. I would guess that all in, at this point we have invested nearly 15K - 20K of what I see as a wasted investment. It would have only taken them to stand behind their product and offer a refund, and we would be willing to chalk the rest up to a lost learning experience. But, now that it seems we are out this money, and they display they just don't care, seems it's worth sharing this with as many potential dealers as possible. We will certainly be doing all that we can to help warn others that this is not a company you should trust.
