I have uploaded my paid order informationThe order was placed July 26, The money came out of my account on the same day and I was led to believe that everything was fineThey cannot say they "never received an order" because they did and the fact that they have shoddy record keeping is their problem and not mineI have emailed this attachment to them as well

We found the customer in our database after determining he had purchased the wrong product, which explains why he did not show up in the subscriber databaseHe did not receive copies of the print version as he had actually ordered the site membership which does not include print copies, it is digital onlyWe processed a refund this morning for the digital membership

We have been unable to find a record of this order or this customer in our system, if he could provide an order confirmation we could determine what the problem is, and would be happy to refund or continue the subscription. It is possible that he ordered from a third unauthorized...

In addition to the cap and shirt., I received two CD's and a personal telephone call from the manager of the Air Age Store.  This was not necessary, but very gracious and appreciated.  I plan to continue using this company in the future.

Review: Last July 6th I sent three gift subscriptions as a promotion for Christmas. When the subscriptions did not arrive before Christmas I called the home office, and was told they would not be mailed until after the first of the year.

My friends and my son have still not received the magazine called "[redacted], and to add insult, my one friend received a renewal card today for a magazine he has never received.Desired Settlement: The check [redacted] in the amount of $62.39 was sent on July 6, 2015. Either send the magazines for the year or refund the money.

Review: II subscribed to premium website access to rccaraction.com on Jan 12. My credit card was billed but service was not provided. I contacted them 4 times via email and twice via phone requesting my service be initiated or a refund issued. No resolution has been provided by the company.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or immediate issuance of what I paid for.

We received a message for this customer today at our corporate office. A refund has been processed and the customer has been notified.

Review: I subscribed (order #[redacted]) on 12/25 to "Model Airplane News Premium Site - 1 Year" but can't acess the premium site. On the login I receive the message "username invalid".I contacted the customer service on 12/26, 12/27, 12/30 and 01/03 but until today, 1 month passed of purchase I'm still can't acess the premium site.Today, 02/07 looking at my credit card bill I discovered TWO CHARGES of subscription, on december 26 and 27, but I still can't acess the premium site.Desired Settlement: I want full acess or refund of the total amount that I paid.

Review: Back on July 26th. I ordered and paid for the [redacted] Mag. order #[redacted]. To date , I have not received one issue!
