I have been very happy with the service I received from Air Assurance. They were able to come earlier than the appointed time but they called first to see if it was convenient for me. I was given the technicians' name and he had identification when he arrived in a company van.He went about his job and explained how I could get a rebate and what papers I needed to send.

I went to home show in Tulsa and I was really supprised that they were there to help meI told them that I was I n need to get more air into three of the rooms in my home, they came out and told me that the Air conditioner was the right size that they could add three more air supplies to the rooms in questionSo I told them I was ready to get startedThey were out to the house when they said they would be there and started to work instantly they told me it would take two days to complete the jobThe two men that worked on my heater were very polite and courteousThey cleaned up the area several times during their days that they workedI was really please with the jobI can't even hear when the heater comes on now and it is very comfortable in the house now no more cold spots and the heater doesn't run a lot now

I have always gotten good service from Air Assurance and this last time was not an exception.

Technician came on time, performed work in timely manner, and he went over everything he did on the yearly maintenance of our furnace I highly recommend Air Assurance for heating and air conditioning checks!! They always tell you up front anything that is out of and needs to be fixed

The service call charge is more expensive than most, seem to not be sure of what was the problem First time I ended up paying the discounted Seniors Service call rate Had to call them back because within the week the problem was not solved On the next call I pay what was asked but that turned out not be the problem eitherA week later had to call again was generous in service but in the meantime I am missing work At this point trust is questionable? Now to not continue to put money into an uncertain fix I am looking for less costly installation

We had two plumbing problems and called Air Assurance and requested [redacted] He arrived the nest morning and solved both problems quickly and thoroughly We thought the garbage was bad but he found the problem immediately and solved it The second problem was leaking water to the washing machine The connections were old and he replaced both the hot and cold water connections He explained what he was doing and why Results were great and the laundry room was left cleaner than it was when he arrived Both [redacted] and his company are great We highly recommend both

Air Assurance replaced a hot water tank for us From first contact to the very last detail, this company's customer service is absolutely top-notch They did a great job for us and answered all our questions with patience and the utmost kindness Air Assurance's way of doing business is a model that more companies need to take note of!

When my husband and I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and replace our heat and air system plus get new duct work installed, we mostly relied on advertisements of the company's we got quotes for, plus for the type of system we wanted to purchase of which we had done a good amount of research on First impressions of the sales person and their knowledge of what they sell is certainly a plus in the right direction, and most importantly, listening to what we wanted and making it clear that he would check all areas to make sure it would fit and the system would meet or exceed our expectations This included changing from floor vents to overhead venting, removing all old ductwork and hauling off, sealing off old vents Everything was put in writing and there were NO SURPRISES that cost us beyond what we were quoted! The installation team was fantastic, very friendly, and always cleaned up each area daily before they left Would highly recommend the company from sales, installers, office staff and the tech that does our maintenance checks Top notch all the way Even the County Inspector praised their work when he came to do the final inspection

Our family has used Air Assurance for years and was very pleased with their timely good service, weekends includedFilters changed, equipment thoroughly checked, shoes covered, never any mess leftWe are now in senior living and we no longer need their service but we highly recommend them to anyone

We always receive great service when the semi-annual checks are done on our heating and air conditioning systems My husband fell and cut the back of his head when the serviceman was here a year ago He assisted my husband while I got everything ready to take him to the hospital That was assistance above and beyond in my book!!
