Customer stated that technician turned and broke valve, which is not accurate Customer was showing technician which radiator valves were loose or stuck, and the customer himself broke the valve which caused the leak and damage Technician and myself (*** ***) informed customer
that they would not be able to fix the issue the same day due to the late time and the fact that the radiator was set into a marble floor which would require extra time Customer was informed that we could come the next day, but the customer called us to cancel the appointment before we arrived
