[email protected]: Complaint ID [redacted] Monday, July 17, 2017We recently received notice from you of a complaint from homeowner [redacted] regarding her property at [redacted] ***.We originally serviced the homeowner at a May 20, appointment which required a follafter necessary adjustments had been made with the home's alarm system and its connection to the thermostat - that follwas completed on May 30, The homeowner describes that her system was working properly after the May appointment.We returned on another follappointment June 22, 2017, when the customer complained that the system stopped working after having run properly for more than three weeksOur technician determined that a fuse had blown, which had nothing to do with the repairs we completed in May 2017, given the length of time which had elapsedThe customer was charged for labor and replacement fuses.We are unsure why the customer believes that a fuse can be installed backwards or how she thinks the system could have been running correctly for any length of time if it had beenAs the owner, I spoke to the customer on the phone at least twice trying to explain the situation.Sincerely, [redacted] Director, Air Authority
