RE: Paul Harvell ID#: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com,On 09/19/we contacted our customer regarding his order of one bottle of Sleep Wave As per Mr H [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint, he was wanting a refund of $because he had not yet received his product His order was shipped on 8/5/2016, but according to USPS tracking it was shipped to Wisconsin instead of Missouri When we spoke with Mr, H [redacted] he had changed his mind about getting a refund and decided to try the product Attached is a copy of the USP tracking detail showing that his order was shipped, overnight, on 9/20/ He should receive his order today Should you require additional information, you may reach me at ###-###-#### Thank you
