To Whom It May Concern: When we issue a refund, it is automatically done through our merchant account Originally, when we did issue a refund, it turns out that the customers original credit card had expired We have been working with our merchant account to get our refund, reissued back to our account so that we can issue this customer his refund We are sorry for the amount of time our merchant account has taken, but hopefully this will be resolved in the next, very short period of time The customer will get his refund! physicians contact use about the relief of their chronic issues.  We have a product that can go from cloud soft to extreme firm and anything in between.  Again, we do not and cannot promise any type of results. This customer ordered her bed over the phone on 03/24/17.  When a customer orders over the phone and uses a credit card, the credit card companies want their cardholders to see and approve the Sales Confirmation, prior to any financial transaction taking place.  This is their agreement to the Terms of Use, of our website and is done by positively replying back, to a Sales Confirmation email.  We do this with all phone orders and will not sell a bed to a customer unless, they agree to these terms.  If a customer orders through the website directly, they must check a box, stating that they agree to the Terms of Use.  If they don’t check the box, the transaction cannot be completed, like the vast majority of sites where someone is buying a product or getting a service.   [redacted] replied back with her Terms of Service Approval (TOSOK). [redacted] received her bed on 03/31/17.  That is the first Night of our minimum 20 and maximum sleep trial. It is a 30 night trial, not a 10 day trial.  This information is included in the Terms of Service, which the customer agreed to.  When we send our customer their [redacted] Tracking email, we state in that email to contact us with any questions and provide both our toll free phone number and email address.  We also state that with any bed, the body must be given a period of time to adjust.  [redacted] states that the problem occurred on 04/01/17.  The first communication we received from [redacted], after her purchase, was on 06/29/17, almost 90 days after her purchase.   She inquired about sending her bed back.  We emailed her back and told her that we do not have a 90 Day Return Policy.  We also told her that we needed more information as to what setting(s) she was using and how often those setting had changed.  We asked her to contact, over the phone, so that we could better assist her.  Her next email of the 06/29/17, our reply back was “We received the pictures of what looks like a medication.  We are not doctors and have no idea how this medication would effect(sp) someone sleeping on one of our air beds.  There still has been no mention on how the bed is being uses e.g. what setting(s) have been used and for how long.  Her next email that day was: “Can you please tell me what I need to do to get a refund.”  We emailed her back the following morning and reiterated our sleep trial policy, which she had agree to prior to the sale and that if she had followed that policy we would have stood by our obligation and issued a RMA.  Again, we asked her to contact us over the phone, about her issues.  The customer replied back “Since you are unwilling to work with me on this, and as I have explained that the bed is not a good fit for my back, I will be contacting the Revdex.com.  Have a Nice Day”.  We emailed the customer once more, telling her our sorrow for her chronic issue, reaching out to assist her and quoted the customers previous email stating “This week was only my second dose of my new med." And that her pain issue “could” be something else besides the bed.  She emailed back that there would be no more communication and the next communication would be through the Revdex.com.  We believe tha only solution to this customers issue would be to use the bed on an adjustable bed frame, where a “Zero Gravity” setting, would replicate that of a recliner.  We take great pride in taking care of our customers!  This will be our first complaint in well over 4 years. ly: Arial'>We believe tha only solution to this customers issue would be to use the bed on an adjustable bed frame where a “Zero Gravity” setting would replicate that of a recliner.  There is no policy for a refund after the 30 Night Sleep Trail.
