The serviceman, Curtis, contacted me and informed me that he would arrive in about minutes When he arrived, he presented his ID and put shoe covers over his shoesHe educated me on what he was checking and the rationale for having my furnace checked regularly He cleaned the unit, changed the furnace & humidifer filters I am extremely pleased with the service he provided and on a scale of to I rate Curtis work performance as a

First they gave me a 2 hour window between 5 and 7 and then called and asked if I was ready early...which I left early from work and they didn't show up until 7:45pm!!! The supposedly fixed my air, but it was not working the next day. He came back in my window of 9-11am at 12:15....again I took time off work. He then told me I had a wiring issue and quoted me at $2400. And guess what?? The unit he was working on is now working and my air isn't even on....how does that happen??? When I called to complain.....I found out the guy working on my air is the OWNER OF THE COMPANY and he told me to take my business elsewhere....come to find out he was working on the WRONG UNIT!!

STAY AWAY!! Unless you want to be taken advantage of...as a single mom I was prime to be ripped off and they took advantage of me

until the job was done. We were without air conditioning so we really appreciated their

We had our furnace installed by Airblue Heating and Cooling. The technicians were on-time and did the work right the first time. We have not encountered problems with the unit sos far. We had a positive experience from the person who anstered the phon eand booked the appointment to the sales person who sold us the unit. The techs were very knowledageble and helpful in explaining all of our questions. We will be using htem in the future and will deffinetly be recomending them to all of our friends and family.
