Air Boca installed a complete AC system in my house approxyrs ago, The first week after installation, I had a drain backup issue due to Air Boca not creating enough of an angle on the drain lineWater accumulated in the unit and completely soaked the insulationThey came out and blew out the drain lane and told me to run the unit on "fan only" for a couple of days to dry out the insulation
About a month or so later, I had another issue with water backing up, Air Boca sent out another technician to zip tie the drain line to create a better angle to help the water drain, and then had the audacity to charge me for a service call!
Ever since this insulation saturation problem, I have had mold growing in my unitAlso, after having another company come out to check a fan issue I was having, I was informed that the "2-stage" unit that I was charged for, was not actually installed(this would explain why the model number on my sales receipt was whited out and changed) This and some of the other "shortcuts" that I saw during the install are very concerning
I recommend that you stay as far away from Air Boca as possible
After years leaving in Boca, I finally found a reputable and excellent AC service company that is focus on customer service and not squeezing my wallet!
The technician that came to my house (***, sorry be misspelling it) was well educated, very polite, professional , and knowledgeable
He did a very clean job, and actually permanently fix a pluming issue on the AC system that was creating recurring service calls (something the other companies I hired wanted to happen)
I hope to never need to more AC services, but if I have or someone I know need it, I am happy to recommend Air Boca as a reliable and trust worthy company!
Air Boca replaced our old system for us in the beginning of the year without a mishap and for a great price. The technicians and installation crew were experienced and pleasant to deal with and took special care not to leave their foot prints behind except for nice cool air. The included six month checkup came around with a phone call from the Air Boca staff to setup an appointment without me having to call them. The technician came out and did their thing, cleaning out the condensation lines and preformed a complete checkup of the system. Another pleasant experience!
I have and will continue to recommend Air Boca.
It was 9:00 pm, pouring down rain, hot temperature outside and our air conditioner stopped working. Yandis the technician from Air Boca came out immediately and assessed the problem. He replaced a part and didn't gouge us for their service. I would highly recommend them as they are honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and reliable.
