Leo and his team came over to our house twice and spent plenty of time with us answering questions and giving us what we felt was a professional, unbiased opinion on what we needed and did not need to get done At no point was there any pressure to decide immediately, nor were there any sales tactics such as if you buy now, here's a better price What was also unique about AirBreeze was that they were the only contractor I have ever met with who provided transparency around pricing...this is in contrast to the lump sum that other contractors provide We felt as though Air Breeze was a team of honest professionals who pride themselves on doing the highest quality work for a reasonable price
On the day of the actual job, everything went smoothly From the moment they arrived, it was clear that Roger, Sergio and Pedro were highly skilled technicians and knew what they were doing They completed the job on time and left the house as clean as when they found it They didn't even leave a screw or a washer behind And there were no surprises during the job, they just did what they said they would do, for the price they promised, at the time they promised, and the house is running cool now! Air Breeze is the best!!!! Our heat pump died recently. We had five companies come out to take a look. Each one said it was not fixable and that we needed a new system. The average price for the new systems was around $5500.

I was just getting ready to spend all this money when a neighbour of ours told us about the great experience she had with Air Breeze. So, I called them and they came over right away and they suggested that, instead of buying a new one, they could fix it. They offered me a great price for the repair and a great warranty, and I went for it. They took it all apart, did an intricate leak test on it, and discovered a very defective, big, expensive looking coil. They ordered a new one from the manufacturer, and replaced it this morning. We have more heat blasting in than ever.

Everyone we met was so helpful, warm, and respectful... from the receptionist to the workers to the owner. The workers were here when they said they'd be. They were intelligent, efficient, explained everything clearly, and did a great job.

Air Breeze was a pure pleasure to deal with ... and they saved us tons of money! Couldn't be happier!

I have worked with Air Breeze, specifically Leo and his wonderful crew, for over 10 years. When I first called, due to a recent surgery, I was not in a financial position to do much, but was desperate for my air conditioner to be fixed. Instead of saying he could do nothing unless I bought a new system (like the 3 other places I called), he said he would try to put a band aid on it until I could afford a new system.

NO ONE ELSE was willing to HELP ME!! No one but Leo from Air Breeze.

Needless to say, after that first band aid, I have purchased a new central air/heat system from Air Breeze that keeps me and my family in great comfort. DO NOT go elsewhere! Call Leo at Air Breeze.

Within less than an hour from calling a fuse was replaced and my old fragile parents had working air conditioning.
No attempts to over sale unneeded services. Bravo …. Five stars right there.
However detailed report accompanied pictures of the old air conditioning and furnace I remembered so well from my childhood come via e mail.
We had an old unreliable heating and air conditioning system.
We called the gas company to confirm air breeze findings and they did.
The furnace was unsafe to use.
Other companies lined up with the diagnoses of old unreliable air conditioning system with poor performance and high utility bills.
When we called for estimates for new air conditioning Air breeze come again with best value best warranty and best payment terms.
We were concerned with Yelp reviews however soon we learned that yelp is harming business that refuse to pay yelp and promoting business that are forced to pay yelp.
After my excellent experience with Air breeze I wish some lows will be there to protect us consumers from Yelp bullying greedy deception.
The Installation was fast clean professional with full consideration to my elderly parents.

Five years sixty payment plan was perfect for my parents that lived on fixed income.

I first called Leo (Owner of Air Breeze) about five years ago when my central heating system went out. Air breeze is located in Reseda and I live in the South Bay area. That did not matter. Leo made the trip and kept me posted at every step. I recall it was raining that day and traffic was horrific. When Leo arrived, he was polite and courteous. His motto was "you are the customer and I am here to serve you." Having traveled for such a long way, I thought for sure I would be pressured into buying an entire new system but no, it was a heating coil/element. Leo replaced it and told me the system still had some life left. I was floored. And indeed, he was correct. The system lasted for about five more years then went out again. Without hesitation, I called Air Breeze and I was relieved to find Leo had not changed. He was still the polite and courteous person I met years ago and he remembered me and the system I had! This time I did need a new system and I was expecting it. Leo introduced me to the HERO program and I replaced my heating system and my Central Air. The program is super and the customer service from HERO is exceptional. Leo worked every step of the way to keep cost down. The work has to be inspected and approved by HERO before Air Breeze can be paid. When working with inspectors, minor delays can happen but Leo was never in a hurry to be paid. I think of him as 'The gentleman contractor.' I don't usually write reviews and certainly not this length but I want everyone to know what an exceptional man Leo is. It's almost hard to believe, but it's true. Leo has unwavering integrity and is devoted to top tier customer service. Is he fair and will not over charge you. He is polite and tells you what he is going to do and then does it. No surprises. My system is working extremely well and we are very happy with the product and the service we received. Air Breeze gets a "10" in my book.

The price was very inexpensive, the installers were clean and efficient. I would happily recommend them.
