I made an appointment with this company and they did not show up on the scheduled date and timeThey did not even offer an apology for that either, instead I got a voice mail days later notifying me that they would be at my home that very day they called without making an appointment! I asked them for another day that would work for me as well and they still didn't wait to plan with meAgain, they just called to say they would show up and when I said it wasn't right to just plan an appointment without my knowledge, they said I should go ahead and look for someone else to do the job thenThe man was absolutely rude and unprofessional! I don't recommend this company
I used an advert from one of the coupons from the Mint I believe to have someone come out and do a free consult/estimate on duct/vent cleaning
The rep came and after discussing with him (***), I decided I wanted to do more research on the chemicals and the LED lighting apparatus before committing to having the vent/ducts cleaned
*** agreed and asked that I put a deposit down to hold a date for a few weeks outHe said that I could cancel at any time and the money would be refunded but this way, we could hold a dateI didn't feel like it was a sham as the kid seemed very nice and upfront so I agreed
After researching and speaking with my AC guy, I decided to cancel (within hrs) and I phoned the ***, via cellphone that he left on the invoice and left him a messageNot hearing back from ***, I decided to call the companyThe same day following the consult, I called the office number and explained the situationThe person I spoke with was foreign but did tell me that there was a $service charge for coming outI was like, that was not what was advertised but okayI will go with that but need you to credit back the other $He said that he wouldHere we are on 6/and no credit has been applied and the visit was on 5/24/I hate to think this company is shady and one of those that need investigation on their practices
It is awful that I was charge the first $after the coupon stated it was a free consult and now, I haven't even gotten the remaining $backI am out $because of your company and you did nothing for meI will add this to the Revdex.com as a complaint and anyone that will listen

I called Air Bulance after seeing a Deal on living social From the moment they answered the phone to the moment they left my home I can say it was a reassuring feeling that everything will be okay I know a lot of people are skeptical and cant believe that the price and the service match But with Air Bulance everything was perfect The moment I called to book the appointment you are welcomed with a happy tone very family oriented feeling Made me feel very comfortable as well as explain to me what I can expectNot only that but I loved the fact that the accommodate to fit my schedule When the appointment date arrived The Gentlemen that came to my home were very professionalthey explained everything that they were doing and why they where doing it After the procedure was done I couldn't believe how much of a change you can actually feel after servicing and cleaning the ducts and ac I was so happy my house was so refreshing and smelled very niceI would definitely recommend Air Bulance to everyone I know THANK YOU AIR BULANCE

I have no complains at all, the staff and technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable in their craftThey would go above and beyond to accommodate us when necessary

I had them clean my air ducts in April of 2105. They "up sold me" a "UV light" for the inside of my AC unit. Total Cost was $900+.
They also did not clean my dryer ducts that was included with my initial service.
I also purchased a 2 year service contract (with included a cleaning ever 6 months). I made an appointment for September 2015 (the day of my initial service so I would not forget). They NEVER SHOWED UP! I was told they would clean the dyer ducts at that time.
FINALLY I was NEVER given information on what my service contract would cover.
I call their 800 number and it must have been answered my a cell phone. The person was impossible to hear (lots of back ground noise).
I am very concerned that 1) I was over paid for what I got 2) I was "sold" a service contact that provided basically no service (except for another opportunity to try to "up sell me again"
