Air C Land

I recently purchased an RC helicopter from this company and I'm incredibly unsatisfied with both the product itself and the customer service that came along with the purchase. This company seemed to have a lot of business, so after a few days of thinking it over, I decided to purchase a helicopter. I asked the salesman (who later said he was one of three owners) many questions about the item. Most of his answers turned out to be lies. I bought the helicopter based on what he told me about it. Running time, charging time and maneuverability were all topics I asked him about and I received false information as answers. I brought the item home to use and immediately out of the box I noticed problems. The signal reception was horrible and the controls did not work well at all. The flying time was less than 10 (assuming it would stay flying that long) and the associate told me it was around 17. The item ended up getting damaged immediately due to horrible controls. Though it was clearly stated to me that there were no returns or exchanges for damaged items, I bought the item assuming I was not being lied to to make money. I brought it back and spoke to the man and he told me there was nothing he could do for me at all. An owner said that! He said the only thing he could do was to get parts from other broken ones (go figure) and fix it for free (warranty states labor is free but you are charged for parts), big deal. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AFTER HE SAID HE WOULD IN A DAY OR TWO! I later found out he was charging just about double for the same item I later found online for much cheaper. I was duped into paying $120+ for a piece of junk. Beware of this company. They are liars and don't care at all about customer service. It's a scam. In the hour or so from the time I bought it, I brought it back and simply asked for a refund. Terrible company.
